JUSTIN CULLERS, APRN, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Justin Cullers is an experienced psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who has spent his entire adult life working in health care. He started as a combat medic in the United States Army. After becoming a licensed vocational nurse, he progressively earned his Associate’s, Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing. Along with an extensive background in outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care, Justin has worked in medical-surgical nursing, occupational health, and emergency nursing. As an Army Nurse Corps officer in the U.S. Army Reserves, he served in various leadership positions.
Austin Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Justin actively supports the mental health community by fundraising for the Austin National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) annual walk as a team captain, by precepting nurse practitioner students from The University of Texas, and by serving as president of the Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurses of Austin. He likes to think that his work as a PMHNP helps make the world a kinder place.
